Building a timber frame barn on an island is more challenging than working on the mainland. With our years of experience in island work and timber frame construction we were able to meet the needs of our clients who are passionate about farming. The 40’ x 60’ barn has plenty of room for farm equipment, a hayloft, and an extra treat for visitors — a cupola that boasts a grand view of Penobscot bay. This barn is in full action during summers with farm to table dinners, special events and a school for teaching farming to young children from the area.
