Vintage Style Barn

This client had our company build this vintage timber frame barn as a workshop to store and repair small boats. We designed an opening in the loft floor with an overhead crane that can lift boats up to the second level with a push of a button. A removable section of railing around the opening allows for easy loading and unloading for boat storage. Inside, the Eastern White Pine framework is stained gray and offset by pickled pine board. Semi-transparent finishes allow the wood’s natural features to show through.
