Midcoast Party Barn

We designed and built this barn for a couple with an expanding family who needed seasonal overflow space for large group entertaining and guest quarters. The eastern white pine timber frame soars three stories upon entering the barn with a wrap around loft with several seating areas for intimate conversations, two private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gathering space large enough for a huge crowd yet cozy enough for a quiet afternoon of relaxation.
