From the street this home looks like a barn but it is a fully equipped home with amenities making it handicap accessible through the rear private entrance. This barn style home was designed using a weathered 24′ x 28′ Maquoit Signature Frame and finished with the Houses & and Barns by John Libby classic trim package including copper flashing and a large trim profile.

Structural Insulated Panels and in-floor radiant heat make this a highly energy efficient cottage home. The interior walls are sheathed with lightly pickled natural wood and complemented with an easy care tile floor on the first level and rich walnut flooring upstairs. Small pockets of storage are cleverly designed making this cottage inspired home feel surprisingly spacious.
