A narrow, steep lot in a picturesque waterfront village provided a challenge to design a harborside home incorporating several features requested by a returning client. The retired couple desired some features for ease of living including an elevator from the ground level, where an endless pool is located; a master bedroom on the main living level; cozy room sizes; and views of the harbor from all the rooms.

To keep air quality high in the home, the garage is a separate structure. A covered walkway provides comfortable, protected access to the home from the garage with sweeping views of the waterfront.
