Discreetly installed solar panels generate hot water and heat on the main floor, and photo-voltaic cells provide metered electricity. Recycled wood was used in many places throughout the eco-friendly home.

A welcoming farmhouse porch leads to the main section of this country style house with its soaring ceilings and exquisite timberwork. A three-story turret reached via a flying staircase provides far-reaching views of the water.
