Harpswell Timber Frame Marina

We were honored to be a part of helping this wonderful Maine family rebuild their business. A fire that damaged one of the buildings at the Great Island Boat Yard in Harpswell, Maine in the winter of 2008 led the owners to call us to rebuild. We fabricated the 40 x 60 timber frame in our shop in the fall of 2008 and raised it on site in January 2009.

New construction of the building was finished by summer. The new offices, store and welcome center for members and guests provides a welcoming and spacious atmosphere with beautiful views of the cozy harbor.
